Ordering & Payment

You can easily place an order for the most fun party supplies, decorations, and treats at Tuf-Tuf.

How to Order at Tuf-Tuf

1. Search for your party supplies and add them to your shopping cart. Once you have all your party items in your cart, click "Yes, I want to order this."

2. You can choose to check out without an account or log in to your existing account. Fill in the requested information. If everything is filled in correctly, click "Proceed to shipping."

3. Choose your preferred delivery option or select pickup and click "Proceed to payment."

4. Choose your preferred payment method and click "Proceed to confirmation."

5. Complete your order by checking the box for our terms and conditions and clicking "Pay with...."

IDEAL

If you use online banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank, or Triodos Bank, you can pay directly with IDEAL.

Bancontact / Mister Cash

Bancontact / Mister Cash is the Belgian equivalent of IDEAL and works in the same way.

PayPal

You can pay through your PayPal account or with your credit card. For PayPal payments, there is an additional charge of 80 euro cents. This will be visible before you choose your payment method.

Visa / Mastercard

Directly pay with your Visa or Mastercard. The payment costs for Visa and Mastercard are also visible during the checkout process.

Pay in Advance

You can choose to prepay the total amount. After completing your order, you will receive an email with all the details you need to transfer the payment to Tuf-Tuf. This option is also available for orders from Belgium.

Pay After Delivery

With Klarna or Afterpay's pay after delivery service, you have the option to pay your invoice afterward. To pay afterward, we require your name, address, date of birth, and email address. The invoice will be sent by email from Klarna or Afterpay once we have shipped your order. You have a payment term of 14 days. A Klarna or Afterpay payment costs €1.75. This cost will be visible before you choose your payment method.

Please note: You pay the invoice to Klarna or Afterpay, not to Tuf-Tuf!

Pickup for Paid Orders

It is also possible to pick up your order in Zaandam. If you choose this option, your order will be ready for pickup within 15 minutes during opening hours. You can pay for pickup orders online through the webshop or by card/cash when picking up.

Note: If you choose to pay by card or cash, your order must be picked up within 3 days, or the order will be canceled.

Pickup is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

It is not possible to shop in the warehouse. You can only pick up items ordered through our webshop. Please bring a bag for your party supplies and consider the environment.
