Delivery & Pickup

We send all our packages with GLS and Trunkrs to provide our customers with the best delivery options available.

For most shipments: ordered by 11:59 PM on a business day or Sunday, shipped the same day.
Deliveries are possible from Monday to Saturday.

Standard Delivery - € 4.75 (Free for orders over € 75)

Same Day Delivery - € 6.95

* For deliveries to the Wadden Islands, ordered by 5:00 PM, delivered the next day.
* Same Day deliveries are not available on the Wadden Islands.
* Together with our carrier GLS, we do our best to deliver your order on time. Unfortunately, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances or extreme workload. We have no control over this and are not liable for such delays.

Pickup at the Zaandam Warehouse - Free

You can pick up your order at our warehouse from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and on Saturday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. If ordered and paid within our opening hours, your order is usually ready for pickup within 15 minutes:

At our warehouse, we have a small showroom where you can view products and have balloons filled with helium.

Our showroom operates with Pick & Collect. 

• You order your products online (at home or in our showroom)
• You choose your payment method (for pickup, this can also be card or cash)
• Our staff collect the products from our warehouse
• After a few minutes, your order is ready in our showroom

Unfortunately, it is not possible to shop in our store.

Shipped Orders

Track your package with Track & Trace
Once your package is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with delivery information and a Track & Trace link. You can use this Track & Trace link to track and potentially modify your order.
Please note! You may receive this email until 12:00 PM on the day of delivery.

Other Shipping Methods
If the size of the package allows, it will be packed as letter mail and delivered through the mailbox. The shipping costs for small orders are also € 4.75, including VAT. Sometimes we are asked if this can be lower, but the costs for small orders are not covered. We have not chosen a minimum order amount but do have handling and packaging costs for each order.

I'm not at home, what now?

• It may happen that you are not at home when the package is delivered. You will then receive a note or an email message
• You can reschedule the delivery yourself via email or the note
• If you haven't received anything the day after, please contact Tuf-Tuf
• If you want the package to be delivered to your neighbors, you can inform the driver by leaving a note on the door when they give the time estimate message. Or through a note on the door.

Shipping Costs Netherlands

•        Order € 4.75 (delivery from Monday to Saturday)
•        Order Same Day deliveries € 6.95
•        Orders with 'Pickup at the Zaandam Warehouse' have no shipping costs.

Shipping Costs Abroad

• Order to Belgium is € 5.95
• Order to Germany is € 5.95
• Order to France is € 8.75

Delivery Time
Orders placed and paid on a business day and Sunday before 11:59 PM are shipped the same day. Depending on your chosen shipping method, deliveries are possible from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Package or Letter Mail
If the size of the package allows, it will be packed as letter mail and delivered through the mailbox. In other words, you don't need to be home to receive it. If you have a security feature on your mailbox, it's advisable to mention this in the comments when placing a small order with all flat products.
