Helium balloon successful confetti | 45cm

A cheerful helium balloon especially for graduates. The balloon is round, has a print of a graduation hat and various cheerful color confetti. The foil balloon has blown up a size of approximately 45 cm. The balloon can be filled with helium or air. Filling with helium is preferred, the balloon then continues to float. The foil balloon is delivered empty (flat).
